- 6# light malt extract syrup

- 1 oz. Columbus
- 1 oz. Galena
Boil (15 minutes)
- 2 tbs Irish Moss
Flavoring hops (1 minute)
- 2 oz Kent Golding

- 1# dark brown sugar
Fermenation
- White Labs English Ale yeast
- 4 oz. Lightly Toasted Oak chips
