LFSLib 0.11b

Two bug fixes.

• OutSim was broken.. missing the Roll member
• OutGauge and OutSim would not work right if there was no ID defined in the LFS config, since the packets would be 4 bytes smaller each.

Also added an OutSim form to the Tester app.
